You may browse this website and submit inquiries for genuine business purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit spam or unlawful content through its forms.
Estimates and pricing
Prices, ranges and timelines shown on this website, including those produced by the project estimator, are indicative only and are not an offer or quotation. A binding price is provided only in a written proposal after we review your requirements.
Portfolio and concept projects
Projects labelled “Concept project” are demonstration work created by Arcform to illustrate our approach. They do not represent client commissions, and their brand names, content and figures are fictional.
Projects and payments
Unless your agreement says otherwise:
- work begins once the proposal is accepted and any agreed advance payment is received;
- each proposal defines the scope, deliverables, review rounds, timeline and payment milestones;
- changes outside the agreed scope are estimated and approved by you before they're made;
- timelines depend on receiving content, feedback and access from you on time.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final website design, your content and the custom code written for you. Third-party software, fonts, plugins, images and services remain subject to their own licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Liability
We take care to keep this website accurate, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
